We offer excursions and guides to help you explore and understand the local area and its people when needed. We make extensive use of local public transportation on our excursions and also offer hiking and biking options.

We carefully select small, characteristic accommodations and restaurants that have an authentic feel and bring benefits to the local community. We also book domestic transportation, preferring trains whenever suitable.

In addition to our organized excursions and activities, you will also have free time to explore each destination on your own. You can take public buses or subways to reach wherever you want and stay there as long as you like. You can have a food adventure in a local restaurant by pointing and gesturing, buy fun gifts in small shops along the street, or make friends in bars or other places.

We promote lesser-known areas to our clients so that they can discover more of China and help develop the travel industry in these areas. This also helps alleviate the problem of overtourism in the most popular destinations.

Our skilled and certified tour leaders, local representatives, and guides inform clients about relevant sustainability matters in the destination, such as the protection of flora, fauna, and cultural heritage, and resource use. They also provide information about social norms and values, including tips, dress codes, and photography.

We strictly comply with all laws and regulations.

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards child and forced labor, as well as the sexual exploitation of children or adults. We only use accommodations that do not compromise the provision or integrity of essential services such as food, water, energy, healthcare, or soil to neighboring communities. We do not offer any excursions that may harm humans, animals, plants, natural resources (e.g., water/energy), or that are socially or culturally unacceptable.

We do not offer excursions or attractions that involve captive wildlife, except for activities that are properly regulated and comply with local, national, and international laws. Wildlife species are not harvested, consumed, displayed, sold, or traded unless it is part of a regulated activity that ensures sustainable use and complies with all relevant laws. Our excursions that involve interactions with wildlife adhere to relevant codes of conduct (e.g., Travelife) and do not have any adverse effects on the viability or behavior of wild populations. We minimize any disturbance to natural ecosystems and take measures to rehabilitate them. We also make compensatory contributions to conservation management.

We do not promote the sale of souvenirs that contain threatened species of flora and fauna as listed in the CITES treaty and the IUCN Red List. We also do not promote the sale of historic or archaeological artifacts unless it is permitted by law.
