In 2014, we held book discussions almost every month and got a lot out of them. This year, our first book is a big English book that takes more time: The Speed of Trust. Our English has improved from reading it; most importantly, we have learned a lot about trust, which is truly the one thing that changes everything.
We shared our thoughts and experiences about trust and felt more deeply how important it is and what we should do to build it at every level. We want to build a company with high trust within the organisation and also with high trust in the market and society.
