  2. Generous Vacations: Our staff enjoys more paid vacation days than those mandated by Chinese labor laws. You can take your time off without concerns about your income or workload. Post-COVID-19, each department has the autonomy to decide when and for how long they will take their vacations.

  3. Company Trips: In addition to the paid vacations available to you, we also organize one or two company-paid trips each year, totaling 9-14 days. You have the opportunity to explore new places and cultures with your colleagues or families and enjoy some well-deserved leisure time.

  4. Flexible Working Hours: We offer a flexible working schedule. You have the option to work more hours during peak seasons and fewer during slow seasons. Additionally, you can choose to arrive at and leave the office a bit earlier or later than the standard times, based on your personal needs. The total working hours are less than the legal requirement. Post-COVID-19, we also provide the option to work from home.

  5. Team Building Allowance: We allocate a per-staff allowance to facilitate monthly team meals and fun events, either within a single department or collaboratively with another department. This initiative aims to strengthen bonds among teammates and foster a positive work culture.

  6. Seasonal Activities: We offer a dedicated fund and a complimentary day off for the team to engage in seasonal activities or short trips. This allows you to enjoy the beauty of nature and participate in a variety of experiences with your team.

  7. Competitive Salary: Our staff incomes are significantly above the local average. A substantial portion of the company’s profits is allocated to our entire team. We ensure that everyone receives compensation commensurate with their qualifications. Before finalizing salaries each year, we engage in discussions with each staff member to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement.

  8. On-the-Job Training: You won't be spending hours in tedious lectures or online courses here. Instead, our training approach emphasizes learning by doing and observing your colleagues. You'll receive constructive feedback and guidance from managers and peers who are always ready to help and share their expertise. We organize various activities such as book discussion meetings, emergency handling workshops, and emergency rescue training to enhance our skills and knowledge. We foster an environment where we help and learn from each other without any reservations, working together as an integrated team.
